As Lykke develops, the major projects appear and go beyond the basic corporate website. Previously, they were just a section of the website; today, they`ve grown into separate stand along company products.

Each of them needs its own identity to distinguish them from other products. At the same time, logos should be in the same Lykke ecosystem.

For example:

Principles that should be observed when building logos:
  1. Lykke basic color palette should be used.
  2. A universal design grid should be available.
  3. The logo should be minimalistic, with no odd details, however with its own unique character.
  4. The logo should be drawn in two resolutions: high (for the logo in the header, and in the icon of the application) and low (for favicon).
  5. Should reflect the following features: transparency, movement, brightness, flexibility.
  6. Should be available in a monochrome version.

  1. Lykke Wallet. The Lykke Wallet app makes it simple for you to buy and sell digital currencies and assets on the Exchange Lykke (LykkeX), our next-generation trading platform with zero commission.
  2. Lykke Streams. Service for competitions to develop products, features, etc.
  3. Blockchain Explorer. Tools to view blockchain transactions.
  4. Publication Platform. Service to publish unique content (articles, longreads) based on rankings.
  5. IssuerPortal. Tools to create your own digital assets.

Andre, 1) if you look at the formula we use, you will see that a person can be awarded a prize without community votes if receiving good scores from experts, sponsors and the project originator, and 2) we give the right to the originator, experts and sponsors to decide whether the prizes will be awarded. This first competition has shown that we need to ask the originator formalize the criteria which will allow participants get the first and other prizes. Have you got any better suggestions? Please give your feedback to the team using the Feedback button. We'll be happy to learn from your experience.

You should set up policies and clear instruction.
1. How can a person be awarded without vote from the Lykke community
2. why the first prize (250 usd) is not paid out.
If Lykke is not able to manage such an easy project, how can the company be managed?

Lena Mechenkova moderator · 09:43 AM December 13, 2016

Streams is in its infancy yet. The platform is currently in beta, this project is the first one that has been finished. And we are grateful for those who came and participated and voted!
This is the formula we are using to determine the winners (see Terms of Use):
Selected experts: 30%
Project originator: 10%
Sponsor providing cash incentives: 40%
Lykke community votes: 20%
We are learning and are open to suggestions. If you have ideas how the contest procedure could be improved, please feel free to use the Feedback button and share them with the development team.

Unfortunately the lack of interest for this competition (understandable – it is fairly new website), makes this voting process less accurate. I think 16 votes for the winner and 11 votes for me is not really valid, as it shows how many friends/family members/colleagues can we involve this . ☺
But it is not really the voice of the crowd.
Anyway, the guys at Lykke has the right to choose which design is the best for them to use.

This is what olsen considers opensource.

It makes no sense to partecipate to this competition if the prizes are kept by the greddy Richard Olsen.

dandre domik · 04:20 PM December 12, 2016

I agree with Imam, this is definitely not the Blockchain style. + someone with no votes from the lykke community got prized. why?

imam syafi'i · 04:00 PM December 12, 2016

The result should be fair and transparant to everyone..

imam syafi'i · 03:52 PM December 12, 2016

Where is the 4th winner?

dandre domik · 03:49 PM December 12, 2016

Any idea why there are only 3 winners and not 4?

Filippo Acotto · 08:06 AM December 12, 2016

Where and when will the winning results be published?

Valerii Grebenev author · 08:21 AM December 12, 2016

Hi, Fillippo!

The results will be published today during the day in the tab "Results".
